Creative Facilitation

My approach  centers on creating and facilitating experiential spaces that invite groups to explore new perspectives, foster connection, and engage in collective learning and transformation. I see facilitation as a dynamic process where spatial interventions and creative interactions intertwine to shape meaningful group experiences.

For example, I facilitated a collective kick-off event for a collaborative research project, designing moments that encouraged openness and shared vision among participants. At the Driving the Human festival, I developed experiential formats that choreographed visitor engagement, allowing for immersive encounters with the artworks. In the Shadow School project, I designed experimental conversation settings in the dark, enabling participants to listen deeply without visual cues, fostering authentic exchange beyond stereotypes. Or I create work environments for collaborative work processes like Jury selections or dinner events that create inviting atmospheres for curiosity and meaningful dialogue.

In every project, I tailor the facilitation format to the specific group, context, and goals—often combining spatial design with interactive methods. Through this integrated approach, I aim to create fertile environments where complexity can be navigated creatively and new collective pathways can emerge.
