RNBS* SIMPLE TECH - HIGH FOOD
RNBS* was one of the first restaurants in Berlin to serve healthy fast food without flavouring enhancers and preservatives. The spatial concept was developed around the slogan "Simple tech-high food" which crosses qualities of simple Zen food culture with urban, high-tech experiences. The colours refer to the well-known fast food experience while subverting it through the quality of the food and the fact that all of the ingredients are displayed on the walls or visible when looking into the kitchen.
